She was diagnosed with severe dyslexia and visual stress in year 9 and when she started with Kathy at the beginning of year 11 she was around a 3 in Language and a 1 in Literature.
She managed to achieve a 5 in Language and a 4 in Literature which was fantastic. Kathy spent so much time going over the final detail and explaining how to gain those extra valuable marks.
Although Kathy doesn’t tutor in Maths, as a favour to me she helped Grace with that as well and she jumped from a 3 to a 4 and we were delighted.
